Crabtree Law P.C. selected Clasp to replace a fragmented stack with a single, connected system for running their firm.

Crabtree Law P.C. has selected Clasp to power its case management, document workflows, and firm operations.

The rollout follows a broader evaluation of how the firm manages work across systems, with a focus on reducing fragmentation and improving day-to-day efficiency.

Moving Beyond Fragmented Systems

Like many firms, Crabtree Law P.C. previously relied on a combination of tools to manage different parts of the practice.

Case management, document editing, billing, and communication were handled across separate systems.

While each tool addressed a specific need, the overall workflow required constant coordination between them.

This often resulted in:

  • duplicated work across systems

  • time spent managing documents and versions

  • limited visibility across matters

  • increased administrative overhead

The decision to move to Clasp was driven by a desire to simplify how these systems work together.

A More Connected Approach

With Clasp, Crabtree Law P.C. is consolidating core workflows into a single system.

This includes:

  • matter management and document storage

  • embedded document editing through Microsoft 365

  • integrated payments and trust workflows powered by Confido Legal

  • centralized communication and client interaction

By bringing these components together, the firm is reducing the need to move between systems and keeping work connected to the context it belongs to.

Supporting Day-to-Day Legal Work

The focus of the rollout is not on adding new tools, but on improving how existing work gets done.

This includes:

  • drafting and editing documents without leaving the system

  • keeping case activity, documents, and communication aligned

  • streamlining billing and payment workflows

  • reducing time spent on administrative coordination

The goal is to allow attorneys and staff to spend more time on legal work, and less time managing software.

A Shift in How Firms Evaluate Software

As more firms evaluate their technology stack, a consistent pattern is emerging.

The question is no longer just:

“Do we have tools for each function?”

But:

“Do these tools actually work together in practice?”

Crabtree Law P.C.’s decision reflects a broader shift toward systems that are designed to operate as a whole, rather than as a collection of separate applications.

Looking Ahead

Clasp is working closely with Crabtree Law P.C. during onboarding and rollout, with a focus on aligning the system to how the firm operates in practice.

We’re excited to partner with Crabtree Law P.C. and support their team as they continue to evolve how they run the firm.
